Sheffield Wednesday hit Harrogate Town for four yesterday evening at Hillsborough, with The Owls putting in a convincing display against their lower-tier opposition.

Saido Berahino tapped into an empty net to open the scoring in the 17th minute, following excellent play on the wing from Olamdie Shodipo.

Shodipo then grabbed a direct assist in the 57th minute, when he supplied George Byers with an inch-perfect cross to double the advantage.

Sylla Sow then added a third just three minutes later, when the exciting winger cut onto his left foot and arrow dhis effort into the bottom corner.

Korede Yemi Adedoyin then stepped up and converted from the penalty spot with 20 minutes left to play to complete the scoring at Hillsborough.

One of a few players to enjoy an excellent game last night was Sow, who has only played 87 minutes of League One football this season.

The 25-year-old proved to be a real attacking threat throughout the 90 minutes and has definitely left Darren Moore with some thinking to do.

Sow can still go on to enjoy an excellent campaign with The Owls and last night's performance would justify a start in the league next time out.

Here, we take a look at how Sheffield Wednesday fans have reacted on Twitter to Sow's goal and performance...
