It's a good time to be a West Brom fan right now, with Albion leading the way in the Championship and playing some great football under Slaven Bilic.
After suffering play-off semi-final heartbreak against local rivals in August, as well as losing a host of top players for this level, many thought it could take the new manager time to get his idea across.
But, that hasn't been the case and the Baggies are the team to beat right now in the second tier and they will feel as though automatic promotion is a real possibility.
Of course, there is a long way to go and here we look at TWO strengths and TWO weaknesses of West Brom right now...
They have goals all over the pitch
Only Preston have scored more goals than Albion in the Championship and the pleasing aspect for Bilic is the fact the goals are coming from everywhere.
Summer signing Charlie Austin only has one to his name but those around him have been stepping up as he struggles. Grady Diangana, Matt Phillips and Matheus Pereira have all chipped in impressively.
That bodes very well moving forward and you'd back the ex-Southampton man to start firing after he opened his account last time out which is a worrying prospect for the rest of the division.
The style of play
When a new manager comes in, you often hear how they will need plenty of time to get the team playing in the way they want, and that's fair to an extend.
But, Bilic hasn't done any of that. He has worked with the group since pre-season but they are already moving the ball and playing in the way he demands. These results haven't been a fluke, they are on fire and deserve to be top.
A lack of clean sheets
Despite their fantastic start, Albion have only kept one clean sheet this season and that has to be a concern.
Whilst you would back the side to score most games, there will be a time when Bilic's men have to grind out points and victories when they aren't playing well and that's where your defence steps up.
The return of Ahmed Hegazi could help on that front though.
Slow starts
Another potential issue is the way Albion can take their time to get going.
Okay, it's all about the end result and they've been positive but again it's about improving overall and the team are sometimes leaving themselves with a lot to do.
Bilic won't want that to continue and will be calling for his side to start faster regularly - like they did against Cardiff.
