Championship side Fulham have secured the signings of Liverpool winger Harry Wilson and former Tottenham Hotspur shot-stopper Paulo Gazzaniga, with the club announcing their arrival last night.

Wilson, 24, is a fully established international player with Wales and competed in their Euro 2020 campaign this summer before their departure in the round of 16, but found game time hard to come by at Anfield and spent time out on loan at Derby County, AFC Bournemouth and Cardiff City before his permanent departure to Marco Silva's side.

With the winger previously having two years left to go on his contract in Merseyside and recording an impressive 19 goal contributions for Cardiff last season, Fulham have forked out a sizeable £12m fee for the Welshman and he joins the club on a five-year contract.

Meanwhile, Argentine goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga joins on a free transfer until 2023 after being released by Tottenham Hotspur in the summer, having found himself behind Hugo Lloris and Joe Hart in the pecking order at the north London club.

The Cottagers have been on the search for a first-choice replacement for Alphonse Areola since the expiration of his loan deal and with 29-year-old Gazzaniga making just 37 appearances in four seasons at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, he will now be looking to kick on in the Championship and become a regular at Craven Cottage.

The two players have had their say on Fulham in their first interviews yesterday evening, but how do fans feel about this double deal? Let's take a look at some of their latest Twitter reaction.
