Caleb Ekuban is a name that Leeds United fans will have done well to remember this season after the striker was sent to Turkey on loan back in the summer.

The 24-year-old has done reasonably well during his time with Trabzonspor, becoming a regular starter, but admits he is yet to make up his mind on his next move, according Fotospor.

Leeds signed the striker from Chievo Verona in the summer of 2017 for just over £500,000 and made 21 appearances for the Whites, scoring just twice.

He was deemed surplus to requirements by Marcelo Bielsa in the summer and was shipped out to the Super Lig where he has scored four and assisted two in 21 appearances.

So, what should Leeds do with the striker when the time comes in the summer?

We discuss…

George Harbey

“They have got to sell him surely?

“He’s hardly going to get in ahead of the likes of Roofe and Bamford, and they are bound to strengthen their attacking options in the summer.

“It’s a shame for Ekuban, however I feel that he probably wants to leave and prove himself elsewhere too.”

Jacob Potter

“They should get rid of him ASAP.

“Ekuban isn't going to be getting anywhere near their team on his return in the summer and he'll surely be wanting a move elsewhere.

“They would be wasting wages in keeping him.”

Chris Gallagher

“Sell him, it's as simple as that.

“He's not good enough for where Leeds want to be going and they should move him on.

“They have plenty of other options in the final third and they will just put Ekuban down as a transfer that didn't work.”
