Nottingham Forest are on the lookout for a new striker this month and it appears that they are stepping up their pursuit of Glenn Murray.

The 36-year-old is seemingly set to leave Brighton this month after struggling to establish himself as a regular under Graham Potter and the Reds are one of several clubs showing an interest in the player.

And, reporter Alan Nixon provided the latest on his situation by revealing that Forest are making a 'strong move' to land the ex-Crystal Palace man.

Finding competition for Lewis Grabban is a priority for Sabri Lamouchi this month and Murray would be considered a coup for Forest as he has proven himself at this level in the past - helping Palace and Brighton to the top-flight in the past.

So, the fans would welcome Murray to the City Ground with open arms and it's fair to say they were pleased by this development.

Where did these 15 Nottingham Forest players sign from?
