Leeds United are expected to have a very busy summer under new boss Marcelo Bielsa and they have made their first move with keeper Felix Wiedwald leaving for Eintracht Frankfurt.

The 28-year olf stopper only arrived at Elland Road last summer but had a disastrous first season in English football.

He was dropped under Thomas Christiansen after a series of poor performances and suffered the same fate under Paul Heckingbottom, with youngster Bailey Peacock-Farrell emerging as a very bright prospect.

Given that, the Whites are on the lookout for a new keeper this summer, with the Northern Ireland U21 international set to be back up.

And, Leeds confirmed on their website that German Cup winners Frankfurt have picked up Wiedwald although they did not reveal how much they had paid. He cost the Whites £500,000 from Bremen.

Unsurprisingly, because of his performances this season, Leeds fans are pleased with the news that the keeper has left.

Here's how they reacted on twitter...
