Leeds United have surprised most this season, with manager Garry Monk guiding them to the Play-Offs as we move towards the halfway point in the season.
Monk only arrived at Elland Road in the summer, but he has made an immediate impact for Leeds, putting his own stamp on the team and implementing his own style of play.
There is no doubt that come January, the former Swansea boss will be looking to add to his squad ahead of the end of season run in.
Monk will most likely look to add promotion experience to a squad that is very inexperienced when challenging for promotion.
Despite Leeds having a great opening 16 games, there is still room for improvement in their squad. As well as adding to the squad experience, there is also players Monk should look to replace, as they don’t have the required quality.
Building a squad capable of dealing with the proverbial business end of the campaign is simply crucial, both in terms of arrivals and departures.
