Odin Bailey is living his dream. Well, that is according to his latest Instagram post.

The Birmingham City prospect recorded his first senior goal after only his third substitute appearance for the club in a 2-1 win over Middlesbrough in City’s latest Championship clash.

A first goal doesn’t come much better for the Blues than netting an 89th minute winner in front of the home fans at St Andrew's to hand your club their first win in three league games.

That is exactly what the 19-year-old did to end a poor run of form under Pep Clotet. The attacker had only been on the pitch for little over five minutes before bagging his first Blues goal.

It came just two minutes after Daniel Ayala looked to have rescued a point for the visitors to silence the home support after Fran Villalba’s first-half strike put the Blues in front.

Now, though, the supporters are far from silent and have took to social media to congratulate the academy product on his perfect start at the club.

Bailey uploaded this picture of him celebrating in front of the home support accompanied by the most fitting of captions: “What dreams are made of.”

The love, in return from the Birmingham faithful, was there for all to see, with many believing this won't be the last time Bailey celebrates with the City supporters.

Here are some of the best responses...
