According to West London Sport, Fulham youngster Luca de la Torre could move to New England Revolution for the beginning of the MLS season.

Fulham have got a host of good young players with the Sessegnon brothers - particularly Ryan - being spoken about in very high circles.

However, the talent far from stops with them and striker de la Torre is another potentially good prospect if he continues on the right path of progression.

With the likes of Aleksandar Mitrovic currently at the club, though, first team football is going to be hard to get in the short-term future and so a move on loan to the American club could be a wise idea.

Indeed, he is from the States and so would have no problem settling in whilst he'd also be playing at a senior level and at a fairly competitive one too - especially compared to the youth games he'd play here.

The Verdict

This is a move that should happen soon if an agreement is made among the parties and it's also one that should benefit all involved.

Senior level football is vital for young players to improve and if the Fulham man can earn that abroad then it is a good idea for sure.
