Aleksandar Mitrovic hasn't been at Fulham long but he's certainly beginning to find his feet at Craven Cottage.

The Lilywhites have been on fire since the turn of the year and they find themselves well in with a chance of getting automatic promotion.

Indeed, their win over Wolves at the weekend has only gone to highlight how good they've been of late and with Mitrovic getting on the score-sheet, they might just have the striker to fire them up.

Certainly, he is looking confident and happy after a frustrating time at Newcastle and he has dropped a hint that he is happy at Fulham and that he could potentially stay as he aims to take them to the top flight.

As quoted by Get West London, he said:

“I’m really happy after a long time, I’m on the pitch, for the first time I don't know how long I play 90 minutes and I really enjoyed the moment and I want to stay here and help Fulham get promoted."

The Verdict

Mitrovic, of course, hasn't said explicitly that he wants to stay at the club past this season but he appears happy and you can surely infer that he'd be open to it.

He's enjoying himself at Craven Cottage and fans of the club would surely like him to stay whether they go up or not this year.
