Fulham have shared a wholesome clip of winger Neeskens Kebano winding up centre-back Tim Ream as the American tries to carry out an interview with the club.

It comes as football's suspension stretches on with a return not expected until April 3 at the earliest, and the Whites' social team are clearly eager to ensure that their fans are still entertained.

In the clip, shared on the club's official Instagram, Ream appears to be explaining why part of his childhood, although what is unknown, saying, "because that's who was on TV" before Kebano comes in and plants a kiss on the defender's cheek - something which did not go down well with the defender.

QUIZ: Can you name every Fulham front-of-shirt sponsor from the last 15 seasons?

"Now I have to redo that completely," the 32-year-old says, giving a death stare to his teammate as he reels away laughing at the reaction he has caused.

"Can you catch this on camera as well?" Ream then says, picking up a football boot to throw at Kebano, who gives out an exaggerated scream at the prospect of being hit.

Both players are firm favourites at Craven Cottage having been a part of their promotion to the Premier League via the play-offs nearly two seasons ago now.

Ream joined the Whites back in 2015 and has racked up 187 appearances since, scoring just two goals. He has also appeared 35 times in the current campaign, proving to be Scott Parker's preferred choice to partner Michael Hector.

Kebano arrived from Genk in the summer of 2016, going on to make 78 appearances since, scoring nine times, as he has struggled to nail down a place in the team under any of the club's managers.

The verdict

This is lovely to see and undoubtedly put a smile on the face of many Fulham fans at a time where many will be feeling rather down.

The importance of football has become more apparent than ever since it was suspended so the importance of these little clips from clubs cannot be underestimated when it comes to keeping spirits high.
