Reports on HammyEnd.com suggest that the forward is surplus to requirements at Selhurst Park and the Cottagers are now set to make a move to bring the 27-year-old in to partner Ross McCormack in the Fulham attack.

The former Manchester United youth player moved to the Eagles last summer in a £900,000 deal from Cardiff City but has not made the impact that both himself and the club were hoping for. Since the arrival of Alan Pardew, he has fallen down the pecking order and is now rumoured to be seeking a move away from the Selhurst Park.

As well as being linked with a move for the striker, Kit Symons was also monitoring his teammate Dwight Gayle, who now looks to be on his way to Premier League new boys Bournemouth. However, Fulham face a huge battle to capture Campbell as there are a lot of teams who are keen on the former Manchester United man.
