It’s safe to say that the 2019/20 league campaign has been full of ups and downs for Charlton Athletic under the management of Lee Bowyer.
The Addicks won promotion into the second tier last year, and made an impressive start to this season, which had supporters dreaming of a surprise return to the top-flight.
But they’ve struggled since the turn of the New Year, and are now sat 22nd in the Championship table with just nine matches to play in this year’s campaign.
Have these Charlton Athletic players been capped at senior international level? Test your knowledge in our quiz!
Bowyer’s side are two points adrift of safety, and the Addicks boss will know that results simply have to improve at the earliest of opportunities if they’re to avoid being relegated back into League One this term.
Plenty of Charlton fans took to social media to issue their thoughts on which away day has been their best from this year’s campaign so far.
Take a look at the best of the reaction from Twitter below….
Loved Blackburn away drinking all day getting a great result and the day that @AldiUK Cider became a world wide phenomenon

Despite the result, Wigan away was a great away day this season. Loved the (coincidentally-named) Red Robin pub just a couple of minutes from the away end. 100% will go back in future seasons.

Got to be QPR! but special shout outs for Fulham (my mates all support them) & Reading, my boy got Lyle's shirt & out of their normal home family stand they were 'mesmerized' by the 'banter' 😆

This season either Reading (because of the result and how well we were doing at the time) or QPR because of Sarr’s last minute equaliser but would have to say Millwall normally

Fulham away had great atmosphere from our end, and QPR too because the limbs were class for Sarr's equaliser

Got to be Forest away. No away win in months and that Naby Sarr cross😍

This season probably QPR because of Sarr’s late equaliser but got to love a derby day normally
