Fulham defender Joe Bryan

/Bzx6zEMlnai/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link">has taken to Instagram to share a video of him scoring an absolute cracker during training.

The 25-year-old posted the video of him playing during a mini match to his 21k followers with the caption: "Pick he out en #FulhamFC @FulhamFC" - presumingly meaning 'pick that out'.

The Fulham full back got plenty of responses on his Instagram, who commented on the quality of the strike in the video.

One follower commented: "Top bins lad", while another said: "That was a saucy peach".

Bristol-born Joe Bryan joined the club from Bristol City in 2018 as the club got promoted to the Premier League.

He played 28 times for them last year before they slumped to relegation from England's top tier.

The attacking full-back will be wanting to get back to the Premier League at the first time of asking next season, after proving how capable he was in the Championship with his time at Bristol City. Unfortunately for Bryan, things didn't work out great for him at Fulham, as he failed to score all season and assisted just once.

The Verdict

Bryan has a big season ahead of him if he wants to make it back to the Premier League.

At Bristol City he looked far too good for this level, but in all honesty didn't show enough in the Premier League for other clubs to consider forking out for him.

In fairness, no one stood out in that Fulham side, so it does not mean that he is not necessarily ready, it just means he has to prove himself next time he gets a chance.
