Middlesbrough have won, drawn and lost thus far at the beginning of the Chris Wilder era, with performance levels being a reason for excitement.

Boro were held by Millwall in Wilder's first game in charge before they were defeated 2-1 by Preston North End.

The 54-year-old was finally successful in his third game at the helm for the Teessiders, with Boro putting in an excellent display in a 2-1 victory at Huddersfield Town.

Middlesbrough are currently seven points from the Championship play-offs and are occupying 12th place, but they will be hoping to mount pressure on the top-six as the season progresses.

Defensive injuries have plagued Middlesbrough so far this season, but it could be some good news when Swansea make the long trip to the north east tomorrow.

Here, we take a look at how the hosts could line up when they visit the Riverside Stadium tomorrow afternoon...

Luke Daniels has started the three games under Wilder thus far, despite Joe Lumley operating in-between the sticks for the vast majority of the campaign thus far, and it will be no surprise to see the 33-year-old with a starting place once more.

Despite the lack of defensive number Boro have had available thus far, it appears that Dael Fry could be back to full fitness, and should he be fit enough, it is likely that he will play, especially with Paddy McNair set to miss the clash through suspension.

Fry will likely partner Sol Bamba and Anfernee Dijksteel, with Lee Peltier becoming a more recent casualty to add to the list.

Isaiah Jones and Marc Bola are likely to continue operating in their wing-back roles, with the pair possessing real attacking drive.

Jonny Howson and Matt Crooks have been excellent in recent weeks, and the fact that Martin Payero could be fit is not likely to disrupt the partnership.

Marcus Tavernier should be deployed in an attacking midfield position, with the young attacker possessing the ability to carve open defences with his ability in the final third.

Duncan Watmore and Andraz Sporar are the likely candidates to start up front for Wilder's men, with the former seeming a revitalised figure under the new regime at the Riverside.
