Aston Villa will be looking to add as many players as they can in the loan window with it shutting in just under two weeks from now.

The Villans have started this season well but there is a general consensus that they need to add to their squad to truly make a go of a challenge this season.

Certainly, then, we can expect plenty of players linked with the club in the coming days and one name over the weekend was Sheyi Ojo.

Yesterday's printed Sun - page 60 - ran the story with the Villans apparently eyeing the Liverpool winger.

Such news, then, will probably be welcomed by supporters but perhaps with a slight tinge of hesitancy.

The Villans need attacking players and Ojo obviously fits that bill with him playing for Fulham last season.

That, then, means he shouldn't take time to settle into playing in the Championship and with his obvious hunger to play that should also work in the club's favour.

However, he never really tore things up at Fulham and was not even a regular at times as Slavisa Jokanovic chopped and changed things on the right.

Clearly, Ojo is far from the finished article and though at times he'll have good performances he may well go off of the boil and frustrate too.

If he signs, Villa fans will be happy enough to see him come in, but they'll quickly want him to prove himself as well.
