Birmingham City will be on the lookout for a new manager at the end of the season, after recently announcing that Pep Clotet will be leaving St. Andrew’s at the end of the campaign.
The Spaniard arrived at St. Andrew’s alongside Garry Monk in March 2018, helping Blues avoid the drop down to Sky Bet League One.
But following Monk’s departure at the end of last season, Clotet remained at St. Andrew’s and became the club’s new head coach, guiding them to 16th place in the Sky Bet Championship table this term.
But the club have now announced that Clotet will be leaving the club at the end of the season, in order for the Spaniard to “explore other coaching opportunities”.
For now, Blues will be looking to end the season on a high and finish as high as they can, but the search for a replacement for Clotet will be high up on their priority list too.
Here, we take a look at FOUR managers who would be perfect replacements for Clotet at St. Andrew’s.
