There very little in football that compares to a Championship play-off final – one match with a definite place in the Premier League on the line.

Fulham have tasted success in the fixture in the past and face west London rivals Brentford at Wembley this evening hoping they can secure a return to the top flight after just one year away.

How they fare is likely to have a huge impact on the business they look to do over the summer and with that in mind, we've outlined FOUR players that could leave Craven Cottage in the next few weeks...

The signing of Seri looked quite the coup when Fulham completed it ahead of the 2018/19 Premier League season, with the central midfielder having drawn links to the likes of Arsenal and Barcelona previously.

Things haven't worked out that way, however, and after a somewhat underwhelming debut season, the 29-year-old has spent the last year on loan with Galatasaray.

The midfielder has been linked with another move to the Turkish club, while reports have also suggested that AS Monaco are interested.

Another big-money midfielder that hasn't had the sort of impact either he or the club would've hoped, Zambo Anguissa has spent this season out on loan with La Liga side Villareal.

The 24-year-old certainly seems to have impressed over there with Sky Sports reporting that Villareal have made a £22.5 million offer for the Cameroon international, while Real Madrid were touted with an interest earlier in the year.

Things haven't worked out for him at Craven Cottage and you'd be surprised if he doesn't leave this summer.

The central defender has had a difficult season for Fulham – suffering a knee injury and then struggling to regain his place in Parker's starting XI.

According to Sky Sports’ Transfer Centre (03/08, 14:07), Norwich City are targetting Mawson ahead of their return to the Championship.

If the two clubs can come to an agreement, the 26-year-old could be set to leave Craven Cottage over the next few weeks.

The left-back has had an impressive campaign for the west London club and it appears he has caught the attention of some of their former Championship rivals.

Teamtalk have reported that Leeds United could swoop for the defender should Fulham lose the play-off final this evening.

You'd imagine a Premier League move would be hard to resist for Bryan, particularly as it would mean playing under Marcelo Bielsa
