Queens Park Rangers have had a strange season where they have really struggled in the Championship, despite a positive spell between November and January where they looked like they could challenge the top half of the table.

Steve McClaren was recently sacked, summing up QPR’s season.

It looks like a big rebuilding task in the summer, where many new signings are needed if the R’s are to better their form next time round.

If that is to happen, QPR may also have to face losing some of their better players to bigger clubs.

Here, we look at three players we think may leave the club this summer.

Do you agree, or have we named a player you think may stay at the club during the next transfer window? Let us know in the comments.

Ebere Eze

Ebere Eze is bound to have a few admirers this summer, and he could well depart Loftus Road in search of a better team.

Whether this is the right career move or not is a different debate, but he could well be prized away.

Nakhi Wells

Nakhi Wells is only on loan and we wouldn’t expect him to be rushing back to QPR next season.

He is a great striker and could get in teams higher up the table if he so desired.

Toni Leistner

Toni Leistner has been one of QPR’s players of the season and he could well attract attention from bigger clubs in England or back in Germany.

At 28, Leistner may feel he is good enough for a Bundesliga side or a side higher in the Championship, and this could tempt him away from QPR after just a year.
