Former Swindon manager Mark Cooper was spotted in the stands for Yeovil’s home game against Mansfield last night, a source close to Yeovil has confirmed to Football League World.

The Glovers conceded deep into injury time to confirm their ninth loss of the season and this latest defeat saw Yeovil slip into the relegation zone.

Copper was in attendance after being sacked by Swindon on Saturday following the Robins’ disappointing start to the campaign.

Yeovil are a club in turmoil following back-to-back relegations. Paul Sturrock recruited heavily in the summer but performances have not improved and there is growing frustration among supporters.

The Somerset side have suffered an extensive injury crisis and as attendances dwindle to below 3000 for last night’s match, is a third successive relegation looming?

Yeovil Town fans….. What do you make of this news? Is Sturrock’s time up now? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments below!
