Former Leeds United employee Graham Bean has spoke out against his former boss Massimo Cellino.

There is more unrest at Leeds United
Cellino faces accusations from a former employee

Insidefutbol.com have reported that tweets sent out by Bean suggesting that departing academy manager Neil Redfearn currently possesses texts that could land the Leeds owner in hot water.

Redfearn, who has been a patron at Leeds United for the past six years in the academy, was told he could return to his former role after Cellino replaced him as head coach with Uwe Rosler.

The former academy boss left his role today after being constantly undermined and apparently told not to return to Thorp Arch by the club's hierarchy, forcing his hand into leaving.

Redfearn has become a cult hero for the club after revolutionising the club's academy and providing some of the best players in the past 10 years, with a number of them key first-team players now.

With Redfearn's departure, came comments on Twitter from Bean who believes that the Football League and Football Association would be interested in the texts Cellino sent while being banned from owning the club during the second half of the season, having failed the Owners and Directors test.

Bean, who is known for his dislike of Cellino, now believes that the Italian is in the wrong, causing many fans to ask questions of what is going on behind closed doors at the club. Leeds owner Cellino has created a divide between fans who support him and others who don't trust him, with both sides having valuable reasons.

Speaking on his Twitter page, Bean said; "Texts in existence which puts MC (Massimo Cellino) in potential breach of his ban - FA and FL will be interested to see them...

"(Adam) Pearson at centre of it all sending Redfearn texts inappropriately telling him it 'was going to be a long year' to pressure him."

Although no club statement has been made, the fans have swarmed to give Redfearn the respect that he undoubtedly deserves after his tenure as both head coach and academy boss. A Leeds fans at heart, his work ethic and talent will live on through the fantastic youth that he has brought through.
