Leeds United take on Swansea City this weekend as they look to get themselves some breathing space at the top of the Sky Bet Championship.

The Whites and the Swans have been the early pace-setters this season in the league and find themselves on 13 points apiece, separated by just goal difference.

It's been a good start for both so far this campaign, then, and it promises to be a close-fought affair, so team selection will be crucial for both Marcelo Bielsa and Steve Cooper.

Indeed, Bielsa will want to make sure he gets his left-back spot right with Ezgjan Alioski performing well there most recently, after Barry Douglas had started the campaign in that role.

And, that in mind, former Bielsa translator Salim Lamrani has offered some more insight into Alioski and what he is like in another of his 'Memories from Leeds United' series.

Let's take a look at what he has had to say on Twitter:

The Verdict

Alioski is quite the character and it's certainly a good way of describing him; as the little brother.

He might not be big in stature but he works hard for the cause and won't often shy out of a battle, particularly in his left-back role.

Will he continue there this season with Barry Douglas offering stiff competition? It's hard to say, but you wouldn't bet against him.
