Former Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood has claimed that the club's midfield ace Jack Grealish is worth between £30-40million, report Bwin.
The 23-year-old has been in electric form over the past few months and with the summer transfer window approaching there is sure to be a lot of speculation, but Sherwood is adamant he is worth as much as other recent Championship talents.

“I think Grealish is worth the £30-40 million that [Ryan] Sessegnon was rumoured to be worth last year," he said.
“I’ve worked with Jack and I know how good he is and what he is capable of if he were to take a step up and play alongside great players at Tottenham."
Grealish was linked heavily with a move to the North London club back in the summer but opted to stay at Villa Park, signing a new long-term deal.
However, failure by Dean Smith and his troops to win promotion via the play-offs could mean that they face another mammoth battle to keep hold of him, although the new deal should ensue a heftier fee.
They face local rivals West Brom in the first leg of their play-off semi-final at Villa Park on Saturday.
The verdict
I think Sherwood is pretty spot on here.
Realistically I would say that Grealish is closer to the £20-25million mark but that would be if the transfer market made sense.
But seeing as it does not, there is no reason whatsoever that they could not rinse £40million out of somebody, although at that price I doubt it would be Spurs.
