Sheffield Wednesday fan James Baillie gives his thoughts on how his side are going to fair in the Sky Bet Championship this season.

What are your expectations for this season?

Firstly I'd say my hopes are for a top half finish, we had a good second half of last season so if we just continue from there, play-offs are a distant aim but top half would be a realistic ambition.

Can Stuart Gray guide Wednesday to a top half finish?

What do you think of your summer business so far?

We have made a few decent signings but most of them are players that were on loan last season and have earned permanent deals, we released a lot of players in May and we haven't signed enough players for sufficient depth, a goal scorer is certainly needed if we are to have a good year.

Who will be your star player this year?

I think Kieran Lee will be our best player next season, he may not score a lot but he pulls the strings and gets plenty of assists. He's a very good player and with a good goal scorer he should assist and flourish for us next season.

Who will be your breakout star this year?

Caolan Lavery played a few games for us last year and did very well, I'd like to see Stuart Gray pick him more often and I think he can be a real asset to our attack, he's only young and has a lot of potential, and he can create and score goals.

What game are you looking forward to the most?

I've got to say Leeds, with the absence of Sheffield United and Barnsley this season and after our huge 6-0 win over them last season, next year I can't wait to see us play them again at Hillsborough, they always bring lots of fans and the atmosphere will be class for the local derby.
