Rotherham United have been able to lean on the expertise of Paul Warne as their manager for the last six seasons. 

Warne has overseen three promotions into the Championship, with both parties in South Yorkshire remaining loyal to each other despite the relegations back into League One that followed.

After a memorable stint in the dugout at Rotherham, it now appears Warne is set for a new challenge.

The BBC are one of many outlets reporting that Warne is set for the Derby County job, stepping back down into League One to replace Liam Rosenior, who has been the Rams’ interim boss since Wayne Rooney left.
