Fleetwood Town entertain Rochdale in what is a top of the table clash at Highbury, with both teams knowing that a win can have massive implications on the automatic promotion places.

Fleetwood Town manager Graham Alexander

The Cod Army will be looking to continue their impressive League form at Highbury, having coasted past Bristol Rovers on Tuesday evening, winning the game 3-1.

Town will be hoping to keep up with the top three, with Alexander's promotion chasing side now six points behind third placed Chesterfield, and nine points behind tomorrow's opponents, Rochdale, who are top of the League.

Fleetwood have only lost three in ten, however, the Cod Army have suffered several draws within that time period, however, three of the four wins have actually come at home, as Highbury remains are real fortress.

Alexander will most certainly look to goal hungry striker  Antoni Sarcevic, who has been pivotal in Fleetwood's promotion quest, having scored Ten goals in this current League Two campaign.

Sarcevic will presumably partner Jon Parkin up-front, as Town search for another League win at home.

Town could also give a home debut to Adam Barton, with the midfielder recently signing from Coventry City on a short term loan until the end of the current League season, a move which will also cover the play-off's, should Fleetwood need to go down that route.

Josh Morris also looks certain to be involved, after the midfielder extended his loan from Championship side Blackburn Rovers.

Town will be looking to do the double over Rochdale, having won the reverse fixture 2-1 at Spotland back in mid December.

Focusing on the visitors Rochdale, and the side from Spotland can move another step towards promotion with a win on the Flyde Coast.

Dale have had a superb season under Keith Hill, who has guided the club to four straight League wins, and just one defeat in Ten.

Rochdale will also be looking to bounce back to the third tier, following relegation from League One in 2012, and following Tuesday's emphatic 3-0 win over struggling Portsmouth at Spotland, they look all set to a return to the third tier, with seven fixtures to play.

Dale could possibly give a first League start to Sean McGinty, who has signed from League One play off hopefuls Sheffield United.

Club top goalscorer Scott Hogan remains out with a knee injury, with the striker in superb form, lashing in 19 League goals this season.

Ian Henderson has also been in prolific form, scoring 11 goals this season in the promotion push, meanwhile Matty Lund has returned from his ban following a sending off, with Lund also bagging eight goals this season.

Keith Hill's side can move six points clear of third with a win, if results go their way of course.
