Leeds United's pursuit of Swansea winger Daniel James took another turn recently with Graham Potter playing down the supposed move.

James has been a target for Leeds all winter, with a file on the player spotted on Marcelo Bielsa's laptop during the infamous press conference a week or so ago.

Swansea manager Graham Potter has now had his say, as reported by the Yorkshire Evening Post. He's played down the link, urging his player to remain focused on the task in hand, firing Swansea to the top six.

That has concerned some Leeds fans on social media, who have been hearing of James interest all January, but as yet have seen no movement. They're concerned that the deadline will come, and go, and they'll not have their key transfer target.

Some are confused as to why when Leeds are selling, the deal is sealed overnight, yet when they're buying it takes forever.

Here's a collection of their responses on social media this morning.
