Leeds United manager Thomas Christiansen will no doubt have one eye on the January transfer window, as he looks to add to his current team.

The Whites have endured an inconsistent season, but a handful of new additions in January could help Leeds' promotion push get back on track.

What do Leeds need in January? What January transfer plan should Christiansen execute?

We discuss....

Adam Simeoni

January is huge for Christiansen, and the Dane must find a goalscorer in the winter window.

Leeds have lacked the out and out scorer they had last year in Chris Wood, with much of the goal scoring slack being picked up by the midfield.

The Whites simply need a goalscorer.

Find one, and Leeds will find the play-offs.

Chris Gallagher

Signing a goalkeeper and a striker!

They are two critical positions and Leeds just aren't good enough at either end of the pitch.

If they sort them out the top six could certainly happen as Thomas Christiansen's men play good stuff and have talented individuals but they have suffered in both boxes this season.

Alfie Burns

Adding more Championship experience in essential for Christiansen.

An experienced striker would be the place to start, with the goals of Chris Wood yet to be seriously replaced at Elland Road.

A recognised left-back will also be on the agenda, and possibly another goalkeeper following Felix Wiedwald and Andy Lonergan’s troubles so far.

George Dagless

He has to get it right.

A few of TC's and Victor Orta's transfers have left a lot to be desired and I think they need to prove themselves.

A left-back and a central midfield need to be top of the list.
