The Canaries romped to promotion from the Championship last season, lifting the Sky Bet Championship title after a quite remarkable season under Daniel Farke.

This was a fantastic achievement, of course, but it felt even better and even sweeter after their arch rivals were relegated to Sky Bet League One after a disastrous campaign.

The appointment of Paul Hurst completely backfired for the Tractor Boys, and in the end, Paul Lambert was unable to steer the ship and save them from relegation.

This season, though, is a different story entirely. Ipswich are on the cusp of the play-offs in League One and are fighting for promotion, whilst Norwich sit seven points adrift at the bottom of the Premier League.
