Sheffield Wednesday find themselves in a spot of bother, after failing to find a way past League Two side Carlisle United in the FA Cup.

The Owls have had one of their worst starts to a Championship season as they look to be flirting with a possible relegation battle, and after reaching the play-offs last year this is a big step back for the club.

Indeed, in Saturday afternoon's encounter at Brunton Park, Sheffield Wednesday looked less than convincing in possession, and lacked the finishing touch that has become a major problem for them so far this campaign.

Although, the appointment of a manager at long last will boost the mood in the camp, with former VfB Stuttgart manager Jos Luhukay taking charge at Hillsborough.

However, in a typical Sheffield Wednesday manner, things got even worse for the Owls.

Star midfielder Sam Hutchinson has been ruled out of their Steel City Derby clash against Sheffield United at the weekend, after a fresh injury blow has summed up Wednesday's season so far.

Nevertheless, Sheffield Star journalist Dom Howson (@domhowson) took to his personal Twitter account to share the injury news with supporters.

Following the journalist's post, fans were less than pleased with yet another set-back in their season, and hoped that this was the last.

So without further ado, here's a look at exactly what supporters made of the update...
