Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount made his debut for England on Saturday afternoon, as the Three Lions beat Bulgaria by four goals to nil at Wembley Stadium.
The 20-year-old was named among the substitutes by Gareth Southgate as England looked to record yet another win in their UEFA Euro 2020 qualification group.
Mount then replaced Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson in the 67th minute of the game, as a Harry Kane hat-trick and Raheem Sterling strike secured a 4-0 victory for the Three Lions.
Mount has enjoyed a hugely impressive start to life back at Chelsea after a promising loan spell with Derby County last term – the midfielder scored 13 goals for the Rams in all competitions.
Plenty of Derby fans have taken to social media to congratulate Mount after his first England appearance – the Pride Park faithful bound to be delighted at the progress he has made since his spell with the club.
