Birmingham lost for the tenth time in the league on Saturday as they lost 2-0 to Barnsley at Oakwell.

Times are seriously tough for the Midlands outfit, and manager Steve Cotterill has a huge job on his hands of changing around the fortunes at the club.

Where do the Blues go from now?

We take a look...

They've hit rock bottom after Saturday.

To have the fans fight among themselves and sing 'you're not fit to wear the shirt' highlights how bad things have got.

In fairness, the players should be doing much more, they're a reasonably talented squad who are struggling big time.

Blues need to get a result, but their next four fixtures look extremely tough. They need to pull together as they're firmly in a relegation battle now.

The Blues are fast becoming a joke.

The club is in turmoil, and a change of manager has done nothing to turn their fortunes around.

The squad ad St Andrews is easily good enough for a place in the top half, but there is a lot of work to do if they are to even avoid a relegation battle.

Alfie Burns

They’ve just got to keep plugging away and hope that results come.

The playing squad at St Andrew’s shouldn’t be in a relegation battle - they are too good.

However, Cotterill needs to find a system and a style of play that will help the Blues consistently pick up results.

George Dagless

They're at the lowest point of the season.

The initial optimism at St. Andrew's when Steve Cotterill arrived has gone and they look set for a long, hard fight against relegation this year.

There's no confidence in the side and the fans are completely disenchanted at the moment so I think the best they can hope for is survival and then a summer rethink.
