Lee Camp played an influential part in helping Birmingham City come from behind to beat Nottingham Forest at the weekend.

Pep Clotet's side, eager to get back to winning ways in the Championship, found themselves 1-0 down after 18 minutes thanks to Tiago Silva's classy finish.

Forest then had the perfect opportunity to double their lead when they were awarded a penalty for handball, before Lewis Grabban's spot-kick was saved by Camp.

That proved to be a major turning point for Blues, as they levelled almost immediately through debutant Scott Hogan, giving them real momentum heading into the half-time interval.

Blues dug deep and completed the turnaround late on, though, with Kristian Pedersen finding the back of the net from close-range to secure a vital win for Birmingham.

Camp has certainly had his critics this season after making a host of glaring errors in-between the sticks, with plenty of fans calling for Connal Trueman to replace him, or for replacements to be made in January.

But the veteran goalkeeper will be hoping that Saturday's performance can prove to be a turning point in his form, as he looks to win the support back off Blues fans.

Here, we take a look at whether Birmingham fans think Camp is starting to redeem himself, in the Birmingham City Fan Zone Facebook group...

Reece Wood: I wouldn’t go that far, he’s the best we’ve got, still makes me worry when a cross comes in or the ball goes towards him, need a new keeper come summer

Martin Lewis: No a penelty save is mostly luck. He makes far to many mistakes to often. Although his pen save changed the game sat so fair play to him for that.

Liam Gwilliam: Martin Lewis it’s not luck you have to try and read the player lot more to it then jumping in a direction
Tony Pope: Long way to go for me.

Parez Boone: Happy to keep him in for now best and most experience out of the 3 we have but in the summer we need to be looking a that position build from the back make a good go of it next season we need prem football back at st Andrews

Gary Davies: Doesn’t have to prove anything to me does his best can’t ask for more.

Martin Lewis: Liam Gwilliam I played in goal for almost 20 years. You pick your side and stick to it just like the taker does. It's 50/50 you go right way then you have a chance.
