West Ham United will return with a fresh bid for Salomon Rondon this summer transfer window and will include Sam Byram once again in their offer, Football League World can reveal.

The Daily Star reported earlier in the window that the Hammers had seen an initial bid for the attacker rejected by the South American's current club West Brom.

Indeed, that offer included the opportunity to take on Jordan Hugill and Sam Byram - with the latter set to be a part of a fresh salvo from the Hammers in the coming days.

A source close to the Irons revealed exclusively to Football League World that the defender would be included in the Premier League side's latest offer.

Football Insider have revealed that the Hammers are set to go back in for the striker with an offer worth around £14m and we're told that Byram will be part of that potential deal.

Slaven Bilic signed the full-back when at West Ham and, now the current manager of the Baggies, could be tempted to reunite with his former player.

West Ham are open to letting the defender go this summer whilst they are short on strikers at present so this is a deal that would surely suit them this window.
