Sheffield Wednesday's tough run continued at the weekend as the Owls drew with Rotherham United at Hillsborough.

The pressure, for sure, is on Jos Luhukay, then, and it looks as though he is hanging onto his job by a thread right now.

With that in mind, then, we spoke to EFL on Quest pundit Sue Smith to get her thoughts on the current situation at Hillsborough...

"It’s not a nice atmosphere at Sheffield Wednesday at the moment.

"Fans do not want him there, they don’t believe that he is the right manager.

"He just seems to keep swapping and changing things all of the time – he does it more than anyone else in the Championship and that is not going to help players.

"He doesn’t seem to have any emotion about him. I know not every manager is like Jurgen Klopp or Pep Guardiola but you want to see something from him and there isn’t anything.

"He just sits there on the touchline and I’m sure it isn’t because he doesn’t care but the fans are seeing it and that’s not good.

"In terms of who to bring in, if he leaves, it’s so tough and the same sort of names will come up as the Reading job.

"They’ve got a good squad with good players and when they’re on form they can compete and beat anyone but there’s just been so many changes and they’ve not really shone.

"Maybe someone that can come in and just motivate the players because that is all they need."
