Norwich City kicked off their February in cracking fashion at the weekend as they beat Leeds United 3-1 at Elland Road.
A side that’s looking very strong indeed, Daniel Farke did little in the transfer market to change things up – which might well be for the best.
With that in mind, then, we spoke to former Yellow and EFL on Quest pundit Dean Ashton to get his thoughts on whether they did enough.
He told Football League World exclusively:
“They brought in a left-back late on obviously but how much he’ll play is debatable.
“I think it’s important that they did get cover because Jamal Lewis has played pretty much every minute and that’s difficult.
“If you’re Daniel Farke you want to be able to bring young players out and give them a rest and a break.
“I don’t think they needed to do much business. They’ve got a really good group there, they know how each other play and others can come in and play too.
“There’s lots of talent and injuries to come back so I think they did the right thing and just kept the group together. ”
