The festive period is underway and the games are coming thick and fast across the EFL.

And, before you know it, the transfer window in January will be open for business and clubs up and down the country look to improve their teams.

With that in mind, then, we caught up with EFL on Quest pundit and 93-cap England international Sue Smith to grab her verdict on who she thinks will be busiest this winter...

"I think it'll be Leeds.

"They’ve got to bring people in. I think they need defenders in particular.

"It’s tough to say who is going to be the busiest but any side with injuries, like Leeds, will surely look at doing something.

"You wonder whether Villa will bring someone in. New managers have a look at their squad and get rid of players they don’t fancy and maybe bring in players that they had in the past so maybe they’ll push again.

"I think going forwards they’re fine but my concern is goalkeeper and defensively so will they have a look around for that maybe?"
