Bradford City have announced that they have completed a deal to sign Abo Eisa, after the forward departed Scunthorpe United.
The 25-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the League Two side, who will be hoping to make a serious push for promotion into the third tier this term.
Speaking in an interview with the club’s official website, Eisa expressed his delight at completing his move to the League Two side this summer.
“I am excited about the project being built here. I cannot wait to get started and am delighted to have got the deal done.”
Newly-appointed Bradford boss Derek Adams revealed that the Bantams beat a number of teams to land his signature, which will be pleasing to hear.
“There were a fair few clubs chasing him, to my knowledge, so the fact he has decided to take the next steps of his career at Bradford City fills me with encouragement, and shows what we are trying to build here.”
Plenty of Bradford City supporters took to social media to issue their thoughts on Eisa’s arrival at Valley Parade ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
