Since Andrea Radrizzani’s takeover at Leeds United, a lot of focus has been on the recruitment strategy of the club, which has been hit and miss in the Italian’s first year at the club.

Victor Orta is the man that spearheads Leeds’ recruitment, with the former-Middlesbrough employee taking plenty of criticism from the club’s fanbase, as Leeds’ season continues to drift to a mid-table finish.

Leeds’ supporters have been critical for Orta’s first-team recruitment, but elsewhere at Elland Road, there have been some impressive additions.

Orta and Radrizzani have bought a lot of academy players, with the duo keen to bolster Leeds’ academy.

The under-23s and under-18s at Elland Road are both flying in their respective divisions, with the latter picking up an impressive 2-0 victory over Watford earlier this weekend, to continue their fine form.
