Sheffield Wednesday were held to a 2-2 draw by Rotherham United yesterday, but having trailed going into injury time it seemed much more like a victory at the final whistle.

Fernando Forestieri had given the Owls and early lead, quickly cancelled out by Jon Taylor. When Richie Towell put the Millers ahead with quarter of an hour remaining, it seemed they were set for a relegation lifeline.

In the final minute Dominic Iorfa grabbed the leveller to give his side their fourth match without defeat. It lifts them on to 41 points, ten shy of the top six but well clear of the bottom three.

After the equaliser went in, Fernando Forestieri celebrated the goal with a Sheff Weds fan, seemingly after the fan broke onto the field. Referee Darren England classed it as a bookable offence and dismissed the 29-year-old.

It's fair to say that some Sheffield Wednesday fans on Twitter are not happy with that decision at all. They pointed to a couple of horror challenges during the game, one in particular by former Accrington man Michael Ihiekwe which could have drawn much more severe punishment.

There's plenty of opposition reaction too, citing the Argentinian striker as the aggesor as much as the victim. It makes for interesting reading as the dust settles on another Yorkshire derby.
