Premier League Everton are looking to sign Sheffield United youngster Sam Graham, according to the Liverpool Echo.

The Toffees are reportedly running the rule over the teenager, who has yet to appear for the first team at Bramall Lane but signed a new deal with the Blades only this year to keep him with Chris Wilder's men until 2020.

The defender has been impressing in the youth ranks for United for quite some time now, and Everton have a keen eye on talent developing at Bramall Lane, having signed Dom Calvert-Lewin from United two seasons ago, while they are also running the rule over young midfielder David Brooks.

Everton are currently without a manager but their interim and current under-23 manager David Unsworth is keen on building a strong core of youth players at Goodison, and he clearly sees Graham as someone he can convince to make the jump to Merseyside.

Sheffield United are themselves enjoying an impressive season, however, Graham's chances of getting into the first team look slim at the moment with the club performing so well and young on loan defender Cameron Carter-Vickers cementing himself in the back three.

Blades fans, what do you make of this? Heard much about Graham? Give us your thoughts in the comments!
