Many Leeds United supporters have been urging the club to invest in some more forward players, after they suffered their latest defeat in London, losing 1-0 at Queens Park Rangers.
It proved to be another very frustrating afternoon in the capital for the Whites, as they suffered defeat for the fourth time in the Championship away to a London club in the Championship, having been beaten by Charlton, Milwall and Fulham before their trip to the R’s.
The hosts took the lead inside the opening 20 minutes through Nakhi Wells, with the striker handling the ball before putting it beyond Kiko Casilla, but the referee and his officials awarded the goal.
QUIZ: Can you name the last 12 Leeds United No.10s?
Bielsa’s side were once again guilty of being wasteful in front of goal, with Patrick Bamford guilty of missing two really presentable chances in particular, putting the ball over the bar when through on goal on the first half and also seeing his tame penalty kept out by Liam Kelly in the second period.
The Whites missed some other presentable chances, one of which came the way of Jack Harrison who failed to connect with the ball properly midway through the second half, as Bielsa’s side stepped the pressure in search of an equailser.
Pablo Hernandez saw his well struck free kick come back off the outside of the post inside the last 12 minutes, and Leeds’ frustrations eventually boiled over with Kalvin Phillips being shown a straight red for his reckless challenge on Geoff Cameron.
Here then, we take a look at what Leeds fans made of their latest defeat in London on social media…
Won't fork out for a striker-can't take corners-Why Bamford took the pen? We have to face it-same old-play offs and out again-it is impossible to go up!

How people can still defend this team is beyond me. The mentality isn’t there, same mistakes from last season again. We don’t just need a striker, we need a midfielder who scores goals and another CB, lacklustre all over the pitch

We are scared of London! Sign some players right now! Pathetic

Appalling. Another abysmal performance. Sure as long as the 49ers win you will all be happy. Priorities all wrong from owners of this club. Nothing up front and it has been the same all season.

Embarrassing! Players aren’t good enough. They’ve lost their heads and the board haven’t delivered. Season is getting out of control. Gone into Jan weaker.

Goal shouldn’t of stood but that’s no excuse. Had to many chances not to score. We’re already throwing it away. If Radz and Orta don’t get us a striker we won’t even get play offs at this rate. All these chances and no rewards

Mentally weak players. How are us fans going to cope with THIS again? I’m shattered as we KNOW the rest of the story. If it’s NOT this season, it NEVER will be.

Absolutely shocking result yet again. Yeah, we may be hard done with their goal, but theres no excuse for having 65-70% possession In the majority of games and not doing anything with it. Awful penalty from Bamford. Desperately need players in and quickly!!
