Speaking in an Instagram Q&A with fans on the platform, Hull City attacker Josh Bowler has revealed that as a child growing up he was an Arsenal fan.

The youngster has been at the Tigers on loan from Everton this season and, if the campaign resumes, will be looking to help get them safe as soon as possible from relegation into Sky Bet League One.

Certainly, it's been a tough period for Hull with them losing the likes of Jarrod Bowen and Kamil Grosicki in the January window and not really being able to replace their talent.

Bowler is one young player with a bit about him, though, and will be eager to show what he has got once the season is picked up once again, providing it is.

In the meantime, though, he has been talking to fans and revealed his Gunners preference:

The Verdict

On the books at Everton, Bowler could eventually end up lining up against the Gunners in the Premier League if things go his way.

Indeed, you can't rule out a future where he ends up at the Gunners but he will need to work hard and use spells like this one at Hull to his advantage.

He seems a player ready to work hard and that is at least a decent starting point.
