Wolves will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they welcome struggling Reading to Molineux for the televised Saturday evening game in the Championship.

Nuno Espirito Santo's men are without a victory in three and have seen their lead cut to just six points at the top of the league.

And, with trips to Aston Villa and Cardiff on the horizon, many are starting to wonder whether Wolves can be caught.

Nevertheless, they will be expecting a win against the Royals tomorrow and EFL pundit David Prutton thinks the leaders will secure a much-needed three points.

The former Nottingham Forest midfielder predicts the hosts will have too much for Jaap Stam's side and went for a 2-1 win home win in his Sky Sports column, with Diogo Jota to score first.

The Portuguese youngster was surprisingly left out as the Black Country side lost to Fulham last week but is expected to play tomorrow. He could be joined in the front three by Benik Afobe who is also pushing for a start, having only made substitute appearances since returning to the club.

The Verdict

There's a little bit of pressure on Wolves after their recent mini-wobble and they will be expected to win tomorrow.

Obviously, they will go in as favourites, but as Prutton's prediction suggests, it could be a tight, nervy clash. However, it's all about the points for Wolves.

Reading need a win too in order to ease their relegation worries, so it could be a tense evening at Molineux.
