EFL Cup – Stoke City v Brentford: Latest team news, Is there a live stream? What time is kick-off?

Stoke City host Brentford on Wednesday evening with the last eight of the League Cup awaiting the victor.
The Bees put together a deep run in the competition as a Championship club last term and will be hoping to replicate that as a Premier League outfit this time around.
Stoke have lost their last three on the bounce in the league and therefore the cup action comes as a welcome distraction. The Potters were pushing inside the top six and ended West Bromwich Albion’s unbeaten streak on the cusp of the international break but a mounting injury list has contributed to a tough run coming into this encounter.
Team news
Both sides are feeling the effects of a hectic first quarter of the season, the Potters will be optimistic about welcoming back a couple of players from lay-offs but still have a fair few on the sidelines.
Joe Allen is doubtful whilst Tommy Smith and Abdallah Sima could return. Danny Batth, Nick Powell, Sam Clucas and Morgan Fox will miss the last 16 tie.
For the Bees David Raya is a new man on the treatment table with Bryan Mbeumo and Ethan Pinnock picking up knocks against Leicester City in their last match. Yoane Wissa, Vitaly Janelt, Shandon Baptiste, Mads Sorensen and Josh DaSilva also remain absent.
