Adel Taarabt took part in a Queens Park Rangers fan Q&A yesterday, and one of the topics of discussion was Ebere Eze.

Two number 10s, and two fine players. Taarabt surpassed his 30th birthday at Benfica this season. He's long been a QPR hero and has remained an active topic of debate since his 2015 exit.

Fans were asked who they'd like to see take part in a club Q&A this week, and they voted in their masses for the Moroccan. He didn't disappoint, and discussed everything from Neil Warnock, to the Championship title and his QPR departure.

He had some stern advice for Eze too: "My advice for him (Eze) is to keep working, and be the best for QPR because QPR fans recognise how good he is. Just keep focus and try to go to the top."

Responding to Taarabt's wise words, Eze shared this message on Twitter earlier today:

This season has been the breakthrough for the 21-year-old - he's made his Young Lions debut, whilst asserting himself as one of the EFL's best young players.

It's made him the talk of transfer debate throughout as well, and Tottenham look as though they'll swoop for Eze when the transfer window opens.

The verdict

Eze and Taarabt are differing players, but they share a lot of the same attributes. Both have the trickery and the on-ball ability, and both know how to score. It's some sound advice from Taarabt, and he like many QPR fans think Eze will go on to achieve big things in the game.
