Highlights of Bristol City striker Famara Diedhiou's time at Ashton Gate have emerged on Twitter, which has led many fans of the South West club to heap praise on the 27-year-old.

The Robins broke their club transfer record in June 2017 to bring Diedhiou to the club, signing him from Ligue 1 side Angers for £5.3 million.

The Senegalese striker arrived with City in need of a striker after Tammy Abraham's loan ended and he has remained a regular starter ever since.

Diedhiou has made 115 appearances for the South West club, finding the net 39 times and providing eight assists.

On his day, the physical forward is near-unplayable and can cause chaos for opposition sides.

However, he can be a frustrating player to watch–often converting the difficult chances and missing the simpler ones.

He has also x–a goal return that you feel needs to be improved if City to achieve promotion.

That said, his performances during the 2019/20 campaign have been outstanding and he is certainly in the discussion for their player of the season so far.
