Norwich City will be looking to pick up another three points when they return to action on relegation-threatened Birmingham City on Tuesday evening.

The Canaries beat Rotherham United 1-0 at Carrow Road at the weekend, with Teemu Pukki scoring the only goal of the game to see Daniel Farke's side move clear at the top of the Championship table.

Results certainly went in their favour as well, with the likes of Brentford, Reading, Swansea City and AFC Bournemouth all dropping valuable points in the race to win promotion back into the Premier League.

Norwich now find themselves seven points clear at the top of the Championship table, and so it's safe to say that the Carrow Road faithful have every reason to be confident of returning to the top-flight at the first time of asking.

But Norwich will know that they're in for a tough test on Tuesday, with Birmingham looking to build on a recent win over Sheffield Wednesday, as they look to pick up valuable points in the battle to survive in the second-tier.

Speaking in a recent press-conference ahead of the match against the Blues, Canaries boss Daniel Farke revealed that all of the players that featured in the win over Rotherham are available for selection this week.

But the 44-year-old also stated that Ben Gibson will remain out with a back problem, which means the game against Aitor Karanka's side will come too early for the defender.

"All the players who were available for the last game are available. We will have to play without Ben Gibson, he has back issues and it's too soon for him."

It's unlikely that we'll see many changes from the team that beat the Millers at the weekend, with Teemu Pukki likely to be leading the line for Norwich.

Both Todd Cantwell and Emi Buendia have often operated out wide for Farke's side, whilst Mario Vrancic, Kenny McLean and Spurs loanee Oliver Skipp complete the midfield.

Max Aarons continues to be linked with a summer move elsewhere, but is likely to start against the Blues, with January addition Dimitrios Giannoulis starting at left-back.

Christoph Zimmermann and Grant Hanley have been Farke's regular starters in the heart of the Norwich City defence, with experienced goalkeeper Tim Krul making up the likely starting XI for the league-leaders.
