Marcelo Bielsa takes his Leeds United side North tomorrow evening, with the Whites taking on Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium.

Leeds are hoping to extend a five-point lead over the chasing-pack in this round of fixtures, with Bielsa’s side entering the competition after back-to-back victories, which have helped to lift spirits in West Yorkshire.

Their opponents, Middlesbrough, are battling at the opposite end of the table and after back-to-back defeats, find themselves nervously looking over their shoulders as the likes of Wigan Athletic and Barnsley pick up valuable points.

On paper, it should be a comfortable away victory, but Bielsa will know the type of challenge Boro will throw at his side, and with injury doubts surrounding Kiko Casilla and Kalvin Phillips, there’s a bit of a headache.

So, how will the Argentine set his side up in Middlesbrough?

We take a look…

After admitting he was optimistic over Casilla’s involvement despite his finger injury, we are expecting to see Bielsa play the Spaniard in goal against Middlesbrough.

Similarly, he’s optimistic over Phillips’ calf problem, so expect to see the 24-year-old risked as Leeds look for a vital three points.

The inclusion of that pair allows Luke Ayling, Ben White, Liam Cooper and Stuart Dallas to continue, with Leeds’ defensive unit now looking particularly settled.

QUIZ: Can you name every Leeds United player’s shirt number?

How disciplined they are allows the likes of Mateusz Klich and Pablo Hernandez to flood forward in support of the attack, with the latter the difference last time out as Leeds beat Reading 1-0.

Jack Harrison and Helder Costa will take on the wide berths again, with Patrick Bamford continuing as the focal point of the attack.
