Former Physio Theo Farley left the club at the end of June and Wycombe have been actively searching for a new replacement. Cian O’Doherty today confirmed as his replacement, O'Doherty has moved from his role as Head Physio for the British Softball Federation to take up the role.

The Chairboys have also today added Dave Wates as a Head of Fitness to their staff. Wates is reacquainting himself with life in Bucks as he was previously Fitness Coach to the youth squad before joining Charlton’s academy in a similar role.

Speaking of him, Manager Gareth Ainsworth said: "Dave Wates used to be on the youth team and I was impressed with his work then. He's a total fitness guru and got all the qualifications regarding nutrition and fitness, and he's going to be overseeing pre season on the fitness side of things. "Dave's a very important member of the team and he's been welcomed in."
